Showcase the success you’ve had with them, the joy they’ve experienced, the changes in their lives.

Why does THIS sales strategy work?

Because it builds TRUST.

That’s right.

It helps a new customer trust you, form an instant connection with who you are and shows that your work or products can bring results that they need.

This simple #getmorecustomers strategy can be implemented by simply emailing a few carefully chosen current or past customers and inviting them to be spotlighted.

Why carefully chosen? Because not every customer or client would want to be featured and not everyone would have insanely amazing stories to share about your product.

Here’s a copy-paste email template you can use:

Hi {name of customer}

Hope you’re doing well. I wanted to reach out real quick and invite you to be part of an exclusive Spotlight feature we’re doing on our website/blog.

All you need to do is answer these 3 questions that wouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes of your time.

  1. What were the 3 main things you LOVED the most about {product/service}?

  1. What were your main hesitations about using {product/service}?

  1. How did {product/service} help you with {pain area}?

Please do attach a gorgeous photo of you so we can include that as well!

Use their answers to create a short blog post or article complete with their business name, photo and include any actionable steps you took to help them reach those results or if you’re a product-based business owner, highlight any specific features that helped the customer’s specific challenge or pain area.
