the first step I take when building with AI π
It still boggles my mind that 650+ business owners have chosen yours truly to learn AI from or to build their AI teams. (I shared details in this email earlier)
From hiring us to create AI audience focus groups or build Claude-native AI employees to signing up for our AI workshops and mastermind ... they've done it all.
It's both absolutely bragworthy and humbling. π₯Ή
For instance, just this month, an entrepreneur who runs a membership site hired us to build her 10-person Claude-native AI team, including an SOP creator, a Sales Page copywriter, a Webinar Architect, and an Instagram Strategist and Copywriter. ππΌ
She did this not because she was "firing" her copywriter or her social media manager.
Nope.
In fact, both of them were on the kickoff call because these AI team members will be accelerating their workflows.
AI is awesome, but it still needs people to guide it and oversee it.
The goal of using AI isn't to fire your team or never work with another person again. β
The goal of using AI is to (I've said this ad nauseam, but here goes!) save time, make more money, and/or improve customer experience. β
Building an AI-assisted, people-first, profit-rich business is totally possible. π₯
Can't wait to show you how on May 5th, my friend!
In fact, as I prep my webinar outline and content, I'd love to know ... Who would YOU hire first (or next!) on your AI team? Tap 'reply'. It'll really help me tailor the content accordingly.
Also ... I'd love for you to bring a friend with you to the masterclass. π«ΆπΌ
If you have a team, a mastermind buddy, or a marketing-brain friend who's been complaining about AI sounding generic or feeling behind with Claude, here's a quick message you can paste into Slack or a DM:
"Dropping this here in case it's useful. Prerna Malik is running a free masterclass next Monday on building a marketing system inside Claude Cowork. Grab a free seat here >> https://content-bistro.kit.com/c76f6ea7e7"
Copy, paste, send. ππΌ
Don't forget to add the masterclass to your calendar! I'll be sharing a pre-built Curated Newsletter .Skill (and demo'ing it as well!) when you show up LIVE.
The reason 650+ business owners trust us with their AI journey?
I believe it's because we don't take shortcuts.
We don't promise that AI is a magic cure-all for all your problems.
We don't encourage you to "replace" your team with an all-AI army.
We keep people at the heart of everything we do. π―
We think about strategy.
We dig deep into workflows.
We look at desired outcomes.
Which is why, whether I'm building an agentic workflow or a Claude-native team, the first step I always lean on is Context.
That's why it's the first phase in my AI Conversion C.M.O. framework.
That's why in my Claude for Conversions workshop, we spent the first day building a Business Intelligence Library.
That's why entrepreneurs, like Gerry Tait, have things like this to say:
"The business intelligence library + opt-in funnel builder is an absolute game-changer.
It took the way I think about things and approach my work and turned it into something that I just don't have the skills to create (HTML, etc.).
This is the perfect example of leveraging your own IP through AI. It's really exciting!"
Can't wait to help you start leveraging your IP through AI, my friend.
See you May 5th!
Cheering you on,
β Prerna

βAs much as I adore AI, I adore writing more. Which is why this email (like all our emails) was not created by Claude or any other AI. This was typed furiously by me on my trusty Macbook Air M4.
